PRACTICE AREAS:
Mr. Broadwater began practicing law in 1994.  He represents corporations, insurers and professionals in commercial transactions, regulatory compliance and complex litigation involving commercial law, international law and professional liability.  He represents and advises clients in the aviation industry in commercial transactions, litigation, and compliance with state, federal and international laws.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ben worked for multinational, high tech corporations as a regulatory compliance and Federal government contracts officer.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:
Ben is a contributing editor/author to the ABA publication: Counseling Emerging Companies on Going International.  He is a past board member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, a current board member of the Alabama Bar International Law Section and a member of the ABA Forum on Air and Space Law, The Florida Bar Aviation Law Committee and the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association.  He is a graduate of the IADC Trial Academy and a graduate of Leadership Mobile.  Ben held the rank of Captain in the Alabama Army National Guard JAG Corps.
