PRACTICE AREAS:
Ms. Holifield is currently focusing her practice on Insurance Defense, Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, Workers’ Compensation Law, Contracts and Collections.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:
Ms. Holifield was Editor in Chief, Journal of the Legal Profession in 2005 until 2006.  She authored “Taking Law School One Course at a Time:  Making Better Lawyers by Using a Focused Course Study in Law School,” 30 J. Legal Profession 129, Spring 2006.  She also authored “Avoiding Bad Faith Claims for the Insurance Professional,” NBI Seminar, Bad Faith Insurance Claims in Alabama, November, 2007, Mobile, Alabama.  Ms. Holifield was a member of Bench and Bar Honor Society.  She also participated in Phi Delta Phi and held office as Treasurer in 2005 until 2006.  She is currently a member of the Mobile Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Florida State Bar, Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and Defense Research Institute.
