PRACTICE AREAS:
In his 38 years of legal experience Mr. Zieman has focused his practice on Commercial Litigation, Commercial Law, Construction Law, Sports Law and Antitrust Law.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:
Mr. Zieman is admitted to practice in Federal and State Courts in Alabama, as well as Federal appellate courts.  After law school, Mr. Zieman served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps where he was a criminal prosecutor, defense counsel and Military Judge.  Mr. Zieman entered private practice in 1974, and went on to become the Assistant Alabama Attorney General, Chief, Antitrust Section from 1977 to 1980.  He was the Chairman of the Antitrust Section of the Alabama State Bar from 1981 until 1982.  Mr. Zieman recently completed an appointment grading bar exams.  He is currently a member of the Mobile Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar.
